Kamp Konocti 

Kamp Konocti is a Girl Scout volunteer run camp.  The first camp took place at Masonite Navarro in 1996. We have grown since then, with many campers and volunteers returning year after year.  We are proud to boast that in 2008 we had 9 campers return as adult volunteers.  These girls started camp as campers as early as 1999, entered the counselor in training program in High School and then returned to volunteer as adults post graduation.

Who We Are

Camp Director: Helen aka Rafiki has been a camp volunteer since 2000.   Her first two years were spent as the camp nurse.

C.I.T. Directors: Cookie, Butterfly, Bookworm, Ziggy and Starbucks work with the CITs from late fall right up until the last day of camp. The CIT program has grown under their  amazing guidance. The CITs plan  incredible program for all the campers including fun evening activities. We wouldn't be Kamp Konocti without our CITs and their directors! YEAH CITS!!

Camp Nurse: Our registered nurse, Wazoo, has been applying band-aids to campers and adults alike since 2007. 

Adults return to Kamp Konocti each year to volunteer in the kitchen, the units and to provide program to our campers. Our volunteers are one of the things that makes our camp special. These men and women return year after year to care for our campers and provide lasting memories.
