Each girl/tag/adult must complete a registration form and have a current physical on file. Physicals are good for 2 years.
Applications available in February/March 2011.

Physicals are good for two years. Parent information form must be completed each year. Each girl/tag/adult needs a completed physical and health form.
Financial Aid Forms
Financial Aid is processed through Girl Scouts of Northern California. You must send them your application, but there isn't any money required.
