Each girl/tag/adult must complete a registration form.

  • Registration Process:
    Send application and $50 non-refundable deposit to:

    P.O. Box 186,
    Windsor, CA 95492

    Final payment due by June 25.  Mail to address above.

    Send all financial aid applications to GSNC, address located on form. Financial aid deadline is May 15.

    Health Form

    Click on title to download form. Physicals are good for two years.  Parent information form must be completed each year. Each girl/tag/adult needs a completed physical and health form.

These forms are to be returned to GSNC.  Deadline is May 15.

 Do not send any money to GSNC.  Send camp deposit to Kamp Konocti along with your camp registration form
