Each girl/tag/adult must complete a registration form and have a current physical on file. Physicals are good for 2 years.

Send application and $50 non-refundable deposit (no fee for adults) to:

Cookie cards accepted. Please send card or copy back of card with all numbers. Reimbursement from cookie cards received from GSNC after camp.
Final payment due by June 24.
Mail to address above.Physicals are good for two years. Parent information must be completed each year. Each girl/tag/CIT needs a completed physical and health form.

Financial aid is available through Girl Scouts of Northern California.

Do not send money with your financial aid forms. Please send forms to the San Jose address on the form.
Registration for Kamp Konocti must be sent to the Windsor P.O. Box.
